Your winning advantage with us
To ensure that your application for Australia immigration is successful, we follow some systematic processes at every step of the way. We have highlighted below the advantages of using our services.
During the initial contact
We have an evaluation form in our website which can be filled online and submitted. Once submitted, we get the details in an electronic format in our database. Your eligibility would then be assessed (please see below) and a report is then forwarded to you on your eligibility. Should you be in a position to qualify, we can send you a sample agreement with details of our fees, based on which you can enter in to an agreement with us.
The Evaluation Methodology
This evaluation of ours differs from similar on-line evaluations offered by other Australian migration agents. We physically get all the data that is submitted and evaluate the eligibility using our knowledge and experience in the field of immigration rather than using a computer program to get an approximate estimate of your points. The eligibility is assessed against the criteria prescribed by the skills assessment authorities as well as those prescribed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship of Australia (DIAC). We offer this service for a small fee.
Click here to submit your details and you will be taken to a page showing the details of how to transfer the evaluation fee to us. Of course you can send the payment to us any time after the form is submitted and we will hold the information till then. If you have already submitted your details and wish to make the payment now please click here.
Changes to Skill Assessment Criteria
There are currently 33 skill assessment bodies for various occupations specified in the Skilled Occupations List. The criteria used by these assessment bodies vary greatly and they are also known to change the assessment criteria at times. This is a vast mine field and unless your skill assessment application is prepared with the current knowledge of the criteria and the standing of your qualification in terms of the Country Education Profile, published by the National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition of Australia (NOOSR), the application could end up being rejected, causing a possible permanent end to your dream of migrating to Australia.
Changes to Australian Immigration Regulations
The Australian Department of Immigration (DIAC) changes the regulations and guidelines for immigration to Australia, periodically. The changes are announced some times in advance and at other times, the changes are brought in without prior warning. If you were to lodge the application, without being aware of the latest changes, your application could end up being refused and worse still, you could end up losing the application fee, which is quite steep. We are best placed to advise you on the changes, as we keep ourselves up to date on all changes to Australian Immigration Law.
Our Experience
With our experience of dealing with the different skills assessment bodies on a regular basis and due to our knowledge in the Australian immigration law, we are best placed to give you the right advice and save you time and money, by getting your application succeed in the shortest possible time. Should you not be in a position to qualify or should your application have little chance of success, we would advise you accordingly and would not take up your case. Please visit the FAQs page for details.
Value Added Services
We do a whole lot more than preparing and lodging your skill assessment and immigration applications. We do a comprehensive file management and follow-up of your case, throughout the time your case is handled by us. We also prepare you for the ultimate move and equip you with the knowledge of life in Australia by providing information and advise on day to day life, employment, investment, buying a car or house, etc. We leave no stone unturned in our effort to make your move to the land of opportunities as smooth as possible.
Who is a Registered Migration Agent?
A registered migration agent (RMA) is certified by an Australian statutory body called MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority). An RMA is certified after he/she has tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the immigration act and regulations of Australia. There are exams conducted by MARA before the registration takes place. RMAs are also required to keep their knowledge up-to-date by attending CPD (continuing professional development) courses periodically in Australia. Please visit MARA'S web site for details of the code of conduct to be followed by the agents, by clicking here.
